Section 2(b) in Telangana Electricity Reform Act, 1998
(b)["TSTRANSCO"] [APTRANSCO is now renamed as TSTRANSCO in the Telangana State.] means the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited incorporated as a transmission company under the [Companies Act, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956)] [See also Companies Act, 2013 (Central Act 18 of 2013).] and as referred to in section 13 of this Act;
