Section 95(2) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(2)The State Land Development Bank and Land Development Bank shall contribute to such funds as such rates as may be decided by the State Government from time to time and the constitution maintenance, utilisation of such funds shall be governed by such rules as may be made by the State Government in this behalf.
