Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(1)For the purpose of preventing injury to the health of the persons working therein, every industrial premises shall maintain such standards of ventilation as may be prescribed.
