Section 18(3) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(3)The Member-Secretary shall submit to the Board on behalf of the Committee, a budget showing the estimated ensuing income and expenditure of the Committee for the financial year. Such budget shall be submitted by the Member Secretary on or before the 15th January of each year.
