Section 85 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
85. Duties of Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall have general control over the management of the office. All the other employees shall be directly under the Registrar, who shall assign to them their duties.(2)The Registrar shall keep the registers in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these rules.(3)The Registrar, as Secretary of the Council shall conduct and have charge of the correspondence of the Council and shall issue all requisite notices in the manner required under these rules.
