7. Liquor to be imported conforming to prescribed standards.
- Liquor may be imported from any place in or out side India, provided it conforms to the specifications required in an order made by the Excise Commissioner with the prior approval of the Government or if no such order has been made, which conforms to the specifications laid down by the Bureau of Indian Standards regarding alcoholic strength.
