Section 16(2) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
(2)Every person who intends to be registered graduate shall make an application to the Registrar in such form and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the Statutes. The Vice-Chancellor shall, after making such inquiry as he thinks fit, decide whether the applicant is entitled to be or not to be a registered graduate.
