Section 55(4) in The Shree Somnath Sanskrit University Act, 2005
(4)Whereby an order the rights conferred on any college by affiliation or as the case may be recognition is withdrawn in whole or in part or modified, the grounds for such withdrawal or modification shall be stated in the order.
