Section 15(2) in U.P. Flood Emergency Powers (Evacuation and Requisition) Act, 1951
(2)Where any other purports to have been made or signed by any authority in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act, shall within the meaning of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, be presumed that such order was so made by that authority.
