Prayer:  Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 5th respondent to proceed admission of the petitioner to the course of Bachelor in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry Course for the Year 2016-17 by accepting the application based upon the community certificate issued to the father of the petitioner belonging to Malak Kuravan community schedule tribe and ensue with all the other incidental selection process for admission of the petitioner to the said course.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
