(2)when any Appropriate Assessing Authority [reviews/rectifies] [Substituted vide Amendment Rules 2006 published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 35 dated 30-11-2006] any order, he shall send a copy of the order and of the statement of reasons thereof to the Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes.
