Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the directions issued by this Tribunal in its 2 order dated 20.12.2017 in O.A. No.216/2017. The direction was to restore the seniority of the applicant by applying the 'catch up' rule. On behalf of the respondents, a compliance affidavit is filed enclosing therewith an O.M. dated 30.05.2019. Through the said O.M., the respondents have restored the seniority of the applicant vis-a-vis a candidate was promoted on accelerated basis.
2. With this, the order of the Tribunal stands complied with. The C.P. is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
