(2)For "Mahakoshal region" substitute "Madhya Pradesh".Section 4. - For Section 4, substitute-"4. Investment in the securities of the Central Government. - (1) The State Government shall, on the commencement of the Madhya Pradesh Extension of Laws Act, 1958 (23 of 1958), invest a sum of forty lakhs of rupees in the securities of the Central Government in the name of the Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Finance Department.
