Section 5(5)(5) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006

5.2.2On being satisfied that the application is complete and accompanied with all requisite information, particulars and documents and is in compliance with all requirements, the Commission or the Secretary or the Officer designated for the purpose by the Commission, shall intimate the applicant, to initiate the process of publishing a notice of the application for grant of licence in accordance with the procedure under the Act and these Regulations.
