Section 29 in Telangana Industrial Workers (Representation, Participation in Management and Relief) Act, 1998
29. Cessation of membership of councils.
- If a member of a council fails to attend three consecutive meetings of the council, he shall cease to be a member of such council. However, the council may on the request made in writing by such member, by resolution restore his membership.
