(1)On the commencement of this Act, there shall be established a fund to be called the Kerala State [Bridges Fund] [Substituted by Kerala Act No. 34 of 1986.] (hereinafter in this section referred to as the Bridges and Roads Fund). (hereinafter in this section referred to as the Bridges and Roads fund).
