22. Bar on proceedings.
(1)No court shall entertain any suit or other proceedings to set aside or modify, or question the validity of any assessment, order or decision made or passed by any officer or authority under this Act, or the rules made thereunder or in respect of any other matter falling within its or his scope.(2)No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against any authority under this Act, or against any employer for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
