Section 7(1) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(1)When, in respect of any land-holder, an order is made by the Government under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 5, the Court of Wards shall assume the superintendence of the property of such land-holder, and may in its discretion also assume the superintendence of his person.
