(k)"Schedule" means a Schedule appended to this Act; and(kk)[ "State of Punjab" means the State with the same name, comprising the territories referred to in sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966] [Clause (kk) inserted by Punjab Act 8 of 1969, section 2.];
