- All operations in a distillery, which require the presence of an Excise Commissioner, shall be stopped or Sundays and on such other holidays as may be prescribed by the Excise Commissioner. The distiller shall also arrange his operations in a distillery that no Excise Officer need to be on duty for more than eight hours per diem.
