Section 21(2)(i) in The Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Intra-State Trading in electricity) Regulations, 2007

(i)direct the licensee to take such action in respect of any matter arising out of the report as the Commission may think fit; under Section 129 of the Act; or
