Section 17(1)(x) in The M.P. Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994

(x)shall not loiter or unduly delay upon any journey but shall proceed to his destination as near as may be in accordance with the time table pertaining to the vehicle or where there is no such time table with all reasonable despatch;
