Section 9 in Gujarat Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1962
9. Amendment of section of 60 Guj. VI of 1962.- In section 60 of the principal Act,-
(1)in sub-section (1), after the word "member" the words "other than an associate member" shall be inserted;(2)in sub-section (2), after the words "then members of the panchayat" the words "other than associate members" shall he inserted.
