Section 16(1) in The National Dental Commission Act, 2023
(1)The Central Government shall, by notification, constitute the following Autonomous Boards, under the overall supervision of the Commission, to perform the functions assigned to such Boards under this Act, namely:—(a)the Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate Dental Education Board;(b)the Dental Assessment and Rating Board; and(c)the Ethics and Dental Registration Board.
