Section 25(1) in Kerala State Higher Education Council Act, 2007
(1)The funds of the Council shall include all sums which may, from time to time, be paid to it by the Government and all other receipts including any sum from the Central Government, any State Government, the University Grants Commission [RUSA] [Inserted by Kerala Act No. 19 of 2018, dated 3.7.2018.] or any other authority, institutions or person.
