Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralised-Regular) Public Health Establishment Discipline and Appeal Regulations, 1977
(1)An appeal shall lie to the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Chennai against any orders of the appointing authority imposing any of the penalties specified in regulation 3(1).
