Section 1 in Bihar Municipality Disclosure Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Municipality Disclosure Act, 2008.(2)It Shall extend to such municipalities as may be notified by the State Government from time to time;(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
