Cr.MP No.727 of 2023 By way of instant application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for suspension of sentence.
Heard. The substantive sentence imposed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P. vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 18.12.2021 in Criminal Case No. 87/3 of 2019, titled Shakil Ahmed Sheikh vs. Gaurav Kumar and further affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirmaur, District at Nahan, H.P. vide judgment dated 20.01.2023 in Criminal Appeal No.7-N/10 of 2022, titled Sh. Gaurav Kumar vs. Sh. Shakil Ahmed, shall remain suspended, subject to the applicant's depositing 30% of compensation amount, if not already deposited, within a period of six weeks and furnishing personal bond in the ::: Downloaded on - 14/03/2023 21:14:40 :::CIS .
sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court within the same period with condition that the applicant shall appear in Court, as and when directed and shall surrender to serve out the dismissed.
