Section 14(3) in Bihar Judicial Officer's Conduct Rules, 2017
(3)On such occasions as are specified in sub-rule (2) a Judicial Officer may accept gift from his personal friend having no official dealing with him, but he shall make a report to High Court if the value of any such gift exceeds Rs. 10000.
