40. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provisions of these Regulations, the Commission may, by a general or special order, direct the distribution licensee, the Forum or the Ombudsman to take suitable action, not being inconsistent with the Act, which appears to the Commission to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulties.
