Section 26(1) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(1)The President shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are contained in the provision of the Act and the rules made there under. He shall do such acts as he consider necessary in the furtherance of the objects for which the Council is established.
