Section 17(2) in The Orissa Entertainment Tax Rules, 2006
(2)The tickets for each class shall be in bound book indicating the year to which they relate. The tickets for each class shall bear one running serial number for the month. Each ticket shall mention the particulars of the year, month, date and time of the show. The tickets of each denomination shall have a distinct colour.
