2 31-08-2023Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The learned counsel for the informant at the outset submits that the informant does not intend to pursue with the case any further as a compromise has been entered and as such, informant will have no issue in the event, if the order dated 20.06.2023, passed by Smt. Sulekha Jha, the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Munger in Complaint Case No. 88(C) of 2013 whereby cognizance under Sections 147, 341, 323, 447, 379 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52667 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant the order dated 20.06.2013, passed by Smt. Sulekha Jha, the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Munger in Complaint Case No. 88(C) of 2013 whereby cognizance under Sections 147, 341, 323, 447, 379 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code stands quashed.
