Section 8(c) in The Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Act, 2002
(c)after sub- section (3), the following sub- section shall be inserted, namely:-" (4) The certificates issued under sub- sections (1) and (2), sub- sections (1) and (2) of section 300 and section 301 shall be supplemented by a record of equipment in the prescribed form.".
