Section 227(6) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(6)The ventilation plan and section required to be kept maintained under sub-regulation (1) shall be kept updated at specified intervals and shall be signed by the ventilation officer and assistant manager-incharge of methane exploration or extraction operations, and countersigned and dated by the manager.
