Section 358 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
358. Letting loose horse or other animal.
- Whoever wilfully or negligently lets loose any horse or other animal so as to cause, or negligently allows any horse or other animal to cause injury, danger, alarm or annoyance to any person or damage to property, shall he punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
