18. Restriction on alienation of property of college.
(1)The movable and immovable properties referred to in rule 17 shall be the movable and immovable properties for the purpose of section 27.(2)Movable properties in respect of which permission has been obtained, shall be sold, only through public auction. Records of such public auction shall be maintained and submitted for inspection.
