Section 23 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
23. Meetings of the Council. -
(1)The annual meeting of the Council shall be held in the month of July each year.(2)The Council shall meet at such other times as may be appointed by the President, but in no case less than four times a year.(3)One-third of the total number of members of the Council shall form a quorum at any meeting of the Council.
