PRAYER :-Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3
respondents to forbear the 4th respondent from illegal mining by using
the counterfeited dispatch slip with counterfeited Government seal and
hologram in survey No.312/3C in an extent of 0.39.50 hectares in
Mallapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai Dist by considering
petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2018 & 15.11.2018.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that there is no quarrying operation as on date in the said survey number.

3. In light of that, the relief claimed does not survive. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
