Section 2(d) in The Rules for Payment of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Allopathic Institutions & Red Cross Societies, 1970
(d)"Institution" means non-Government Allopathic Hospital or Dispensary run by a Registered Organisation of Red Cross Society or Maternity Hospital giving free treatment to the general public to the extent it is given in the Government run institutions at a place approved by the Director.
