Section 13(ii) in The M.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1962
(ii)Every owner of a factory desirous of availing such exemption, shall make an application in writing to the State Government through the Director of Agriculture, M.P. not less than one month before the commencement of the season.
