[(a) For purchase of materials and inviting of tenders to get the fabrication work done, the following time limit shall be observed:-| (1) For estimated expenditure upto Rs. 1.00 lakh | - One week |
| (2) For amount exceeding 1.00 lakh but upto 5.00 lakhs | - Two weeks |
