When the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the OP(CAT) 215/2018 filed by the respondents before the Hon'ble High Court has been allowed and there is no purpose in continuing with the Contempt Petition. Hence CP(C) is closed. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
