Section 46(1) in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
(1)Upon receipt of memorandum of appeal satisfying requirement of rules 44 and 45 the appellate authority shall fix a date for hearing. It may, if it thinks fit, call for the relevant records and other information from the officer whose order is the subject of appeal.[Provided that the concerned Mining Engineer/[Mining Engineer (Vigilance)/Assistant Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer (Vigilance)] [Added by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 28/01/2011] shall send the parawise comments, factual report and relevant record of the case within 30 days from the receipt of intimation of appeal in his office.]
