Section 44(3) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(3)The Commission shall be entitled to issue appropriate directions from time to time as it may consider to be necessary and take appropriate actions against a Licensee under this Regulation in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these Regulations for any breach or non-compliance thereof.
