1. By the impugned order dated 21.04.2015 the trial Court has allowed the adjournment sought by the petitioner subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- against which this writ petition has been preferred.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the civil suit has been finally decided, as such the writ petition cannot be entertained now.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise the grounds in appeal.
