Section 347(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)The District Superintendent of Police, and his subordinates shall, as far as may be, co-operate with the Commissioner for carrying out the purposes of this Act and for the maintenance of public health, safely and convenience within the limits of the Corporation.
