Section 3(i) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(i)"Qualifying services" means service rendered on duty or otherwise which shall be taken into account for the purpose of calculating gratuity admissible under any rule/regulations that may be framed for the purpose.
