47A. [ Co-operation by police. - The Police Commissioner of Mumbai shall, as far as may be, co-operate by himself and through his subordinates with the Metropolitan Commissioner for carrying into effect and enforcing the provisions of this Act and for the maintenance of good order.] [Section 47A was inserted by Maharashtra 5 of 2003 Section 4 (w.e.f. 29-4-2003).]
