Section 1(3) in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019
(3)It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette:Provided that the Government may, by notification, appoint different dates for giving effect to different provisions of this Act.
